West Deer VFC #2 conducts licensed fundraising raffles to support the
equipment, training, operations, and community-service work of the
volunteer fire department.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and must otherwise be legally
eligible to participate where they are located. We may collect date-of-birth
and location information to evaluate eligibility and maintain evidence of
that verification.
Do not submit a Social Security number, driver’s license image, government
identification number, or similar sensitive document through a general
contact form. If additional verification is required, we will provide
instructions for an appropriate method.
Transactional and Marketing Email
Transactional Email
When you purchase raffle tickets, make a donation, or complete another
transaction, we may send messages reasonably necessary to confirm and
administer that transaction. These messages may include receipts, ticket
confirmations, payment notices, drawing information, winner notifications,
or important changes affecting your transaction.
Receiving a transactional message does not mean that you have subscribed
to marketing email.
Marketing Email
Purchasing a raffle ticket does not automatically enroll you in marketing
email. We send announcements about future raffles and related department
fundraising opportunities only when you separately and affirmatively choose
to receive them.
Marketing consent is voluntary and is not required to complete a raffle-ticket
purchase. Marketing-consent controls should be presented separately and
should not be selected in advance.
You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe
link included in a marketing email or by contacting us using the information
below. Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect a completed purchase or
prevent us from sending communications reasonably necessary to administer a
transaction you requested.
After an unsubscribe request, we may retain a limited suppression record so
that the email address is not accidentally added to future marketing campaigns.
